Abstract

The present Regulations enact section 25 of the Environmental Protection Act. These Regulations apply to the installation, construction, reconstruction or modification of sewage disposal systems. Section 3 establishes that no contractor shall install, construct, reconstruct or modify a sewage disposal system, or cause the same to be done, without first obtaining a contractor’s licence. The text consists of 24 sections and 2 Schedules.
