Abstract

These Regulations provide for the discipline of sewage disposal systems; they establish conditions and procedure for issuing septic contractor and site assessor’s licenses. Furthermore they establish requirements for site assessment; system design; installation, reconstruction and modification; cleanings and disposal; and decommissioning. A section is dedicated to standards for selection of on-site sewage disposal systems.
