Abstract

The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Fowl Pest Ordinance 2007. In particular, the Ordinance replaces Annex 1 concerning Areas with increased risk of fowl pest. The Annex lists the following risks: I) Areas with increased risk due to high poultry density; II) Areas with increased risk due to their location in the vicinity of poultry slaughterhouse; III) Areas with increased risk due to their location on waters. The text consists of 2 articles and 1 Annex.
