Entry into force notes
The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 January 1996.
Abstract

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the self-monitoring of water supply and waste water plants. Article 2 establishes that whoever runs such a facility has to carry out self-monitoring procedures that meet the minimum requirements of the present Ordinance. The text consists of 9 articles as follows: Sphere of application (1); Obligation of self-monitoring (2); Extent of self-monitoring duty (3); Registers (4);Yearly reports (5); Data processing (6); Exceptions (7); Penalties (8); Entry into force, transitional provisions (9). Two Annexes are enclosed.
