Abstract

This Ordinance by the Federal Minister for Agriculture and Forestry implements the Federal Seeds Act (BGBl. I No. 72/1997). It deals, above all, with article 2 listing the competent authorities to which requests for authorization to plant certain kinds of seeds are to be addressed. The Ordinance consists of 8 articles and 1 Annex.
