The Decision sets out the conditions under which beet, cereal, fodder plant, oil and fibre plant and vegetable seed, which have not yet been added to a National List, may be marketed for test and trial purposes or, in the case of vegetable seed, for purposes of gaining knowledge from practical experience during cultivation.
