Abstract

These Regulations, which revoke and replace the Seeds (Registration in relation to Licensing and Enforcement) Regulations 1985, continue to prohibit a person from engaging in the seed industry unless the person has been registered by the National Assembly. With respect to the 1985 Regulations, new provision is made to request the termination of registrations and allowing a crop inspector to apply to the National Assembly to have his or her licence varied.
