Abstract

These Regulations give effect to Community legislation on the importation of seed potatoes. They provide for prior notification of all introductions of seed potatoes into Ireland and for certain restrictions in regard to the planting of seed potatoes. Planting shall be in accordance with provisions of the European Communities (Seed Potatoes) Regulations 2010.
