Abstract This Regulation verifies effects of the project on the marine environment with referral to purposes for reduction of emissions, avoidance of noise emissions and wastewater treatment. The dumping and discharge of waste into the marine environment is prohibited. Requirements are verified for the safety and ease of ships and air traffic with referral to helicopters, flight corridors, tower illumination and identification of aviation obstacles. The Regulation provides for compatibility with existing and planned cables, pipes and equipment, distance to wind turbines and grid connection. During the construction phase and at least during the first three years of the operation of the facilities, the project executing agency shall monitor the construction. This Regulation consists of 40 Articles drafted in 4 Parts as follow: General provision (1); determination of eligibility (2); Determination of the power to be installed (3); Final provision (4).
