Abstract

An Ordinance to amend the Ordinance on Discharge of Waste Water into Rivers and Public Canals of 21 March 1997 (BGBl. I p. 566). The amendments concern articles 6 and 7; moreover 25 new Annexes are added dealing respectively with discharge of waste water from various industries such as, for example, carbon industry (2), fruit and vegetable industry (5), beverage industry (6) etc. The Ordinance consists of 3 articles.
