Abstract

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the implementation of legislation on animal health. Article 2 establishes the various competent authorities in the Free State of Bavaria. The text consists of 257 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: General provisions (A); Special provisions (B); Penalties (C); Final provisions (D).
