Abstract

The Order makes provision for the enforcement of restrictions concerning the conservation of fishery resources through measures for the recovery of the stock of cod in the Irish Sea (ICES Division VIIa) which are contained in Article 1, as read with Article 1.2 and 1.3, of Commission Regulation (EC) No. 304/2000.
