Abstract This Order, which amends the Sea Fishing (Enforcement of Community Conservation Measures) Order 1997, ("the principal Order"), extends the protection against civil or criminal proceedings afforded by article 10 of the principal Order to those officers other than British Sea Fishery Officers who are empowered to enforce aspects of the principal Order. It also provides that assault, or intentional obstruction, of such officers is an offence.
