Abstract

These Regulations restrict the taking of shellfish or molluscs by way of underwater fishing. It shall be prohibited to take shellfish from the sea with a breathing apparatus but this prohibition shall not apply to authorized fishing for scientific purposes or for purposes of transplanting shellfish. The prohibition shall not apply to fishing for crabs.
