Abstract

These Regulations: regulate razor clam fishery in the areas specified in regulation 3 with respect to such matters as minimum size of clams to be fished, maximum number of fishing days per week, maximum weekly amount to be fished per vessel, landing, transhipment and having on board of razor clams; and prohibit altogether fishing for, landing, transshipment, having on board, having in possession, sale, etc. of razor clams with a shell of a length of less than 100 millimetres.
