Limits for Bass and Ormer per person do not apply to fish taken on board of (a) a British fishing boat; or (b) a French fishing boat, in any part of the territorial sea in which the boat is authorized to fish under the Sea Fisheries (Licensing of Fishing Boats) (Jersey) Regulations 2003.
