Section 3 is amended by substituting for paragraph (b) a new paragraph. Section 3 now excludes catching of fish in a tidal lagoon, tidal river or estuary along the coast of the province of Kwazulu, Natal, or from the sea-shore along the said coast from the application of the Act. Section 45 of the Principal Act is amended by substitution for paragraph 1(b) of subsection 1 of a paragraph redefining the regulation making powers of the Minister of Environment Affairs and Water Affairs.
