Abstract The Order amends article 5(2) of the principal Order which makes provision in relation to twine thickness of nets carried or used for the purpose of fishing for Norway lobsters. The Order amends article 5(2) to provide that the twine thickness provisions specified apply to nets with a mesh size of between 70 and 94 millimetres (formerly they applied to nets with a mesh size between 70 and 99 millimetres).
