It provides for, among other things, a restriction on the engine output capacity of British fishing boats which may use scallop dredges, a closed season in respect of scallop fishing, restrictions on the use of scallop dredges, restrictions as to the size of the tow bars, the minimum size of scallops and powers of British sea fishery officers.
