Abstract This Regulation concerns scaling conducted to provide the Minister of Sustainable Resource Development with an accounting of harvested timber. It contains provisions on the scaling methods to be used (sect. 3), on how to conduct sample scaling, on recording information collected and on access to these records (sects. 6-7). A permit is required to conduct scaling activities and the Regulation sets the requirements and procedures for the granting of such permit (sects. 10-12).
