Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Saxon Radiation Protection Implementation Law of 20 May 2003. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relation to the protection of the population and the environment against radiation. The text consists of 14 article s as follows: Receipt of data, documents and briefings (1); Further investigation of radioactivity (2); Establishment of measuring points (3); Determination of radioactivity (4); Transmission of data (5); Query of data (6); Execution of legal provisions (7); Tasks from the cross-border traffic (8); Recommendations for the population (9); Enforcement of rights (10); Provision of technical supervision (11); Competence of police (12); Recovery of costs (13); Entry into force (14).
