Abstract

The present Ordinance Lays down provisions relating to inland harbours in the land of Saxony. The text consists of 46 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Common provisions for all harbours (2); Additional provisions for harbours where hazardous goods or water polluting substances are transported and handled (3); Provisions on information services for inland navigation (4); Additional provisions, final provisions (5).
