Abstract

The present Ordinance implements article 9 of the Plant Protection Act of 14 May 1998 (BGBl. I p. 971, 1527, 3512). Article 1 establishes that the resort to plant protection products must be reported in writing to the competent authority. Article 2 lists the details which such a notification has to contain. The text consists of 13 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: Duty to notify (1); Certificate of competence (2); Control laboratories for testing plant protection equipment (3); Application of pesticides from the air (4); Penalties (5).
