Abstract

The present Law lays down provisions relating to hunting matters in the Free State of Saxony. The Ordinance deals with the following matters: hunting cooperatives and their statutes, amount of hunting charge, hunting tests, hunting plans, fostering communities, hunting seasons, closed seasons, selection of hunting dogs, feeding of game, damage caused by game and hunting, hunting advisory boards and nomination of members, penalties and entry into force. The text consists of 41 articles divided into 3 Parts as follows: Hunting cooperatives (1); Hunting charge (2); Hunting tests (3).
