The present Ordinance implements the Saxony Fishery Law of 9 July 2007. The text consists of 38 articles divided into 8 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Provisions on fishing practice (2); Independent fishing rights (3); Fisheries cooperatives (4); Fisheries exams, fishing permits and authorizations, fishing charges (5); Fisheries Advisory Board (6); Provisions on fishing inspection (7); Penalties, entry into force, repeal (8).
