The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 August 2008.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Federal Immission Protection Act in its consolidated version of 26 September 2002 (BGBl. I, p. 3830), the Petrol Lead Act of 5 August 1971 (BGBl. I, p. 1234) and related Ordinances. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to competences for the execution of the aforementioned Acts. The text consists of 13 articles.
