Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Animal Disease Act in its version of 20 December 1995 (BGBl. I p. 2038). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the correct and efficient enforcement of the afore-mentioned Act. The text consists of 3 articles.
