Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Federal Plant Protection Act of 6 February 2012. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to several articles of the afore-mentioned Act. The text consists of 5 articles as follows: Notification under article 10 relating to counselling and use (1); Notification under article 24 relating to supply of plant protection products (2); Recognition of control workshops (3); Control of harmful organisms in private and corporate forest (4); Penalties (5).
