Abstract

The present Ordinance implements, inter alia, the Federal Mining Act of 13 August 1980 (BGBl. I p. 1310). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to mining industries. The text consists of 43 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: Provisions for all industries (1); Additional provisions for certain industries (2); Special facilities (3). Two Annexes are enclosed.
