I p. 1244). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the transfer of competences in the the sphere of feedstuff and feedstuff ban. Article 1 establishes that Saxony's Health and Veterinary Research Institute shall be responsible for the correct and efficient enforcement of the afore-mentioned Act.
