Abstract

Samoa 2040 is a national policy with a multi-sectoral approach. This policy sets out strategies for a 20-year time horizon. The purpose of this policy is to provide a pathway towards transformational change to the economy to sustainably increase the incomes and employment of all Samoans, allowing each citizen the opportunity to pursue the best, most productive life possible.
