Abstract

These Regulations provide powers to inspectors to carry out inspections in the framework of a survey to detect the presence of salmonella in broiler flocks in Member States in accordance with Commission Decision 2005/636/EC. The Secretary of State shall be the competent authority for purposes of the Commission Decision.
