Abstract

This Order substantially revokes and consolidates various Orders (set out in regulation 7) concerning fishing for salmon or migratory trout to the extent that they apply in relation to England. It sets out the waters in which fishing for salmon or migratory trout is prohibited. These are the waters around England and the North-East Atlantic water. The Order also prohibits the landing in England of salmon or migratory trout caught in the waters around the United Kingdom, or caught by a specified method in certain waters.
