Abstract

The present Regulations enact the Wildlife Act. The Regulations lay down provisions relating to the sale of wildlife products, in particular to the labelling and sale of game. For the purpose of the Regulations “commercial tag” means a tag that forms a part of a general hunting licence, authorizing the holder of the licence to possess, purchase, sell, trade or barter wildlife. The text consists of 8 sections and 1 Schedule.
