The Regulations lay down provisions relating to the sale of wildlife products, in particular to the labelling and sale of game. For the purpose of the Regulations “commercial tag” means a tag that forms a part of a general hunting licence, authorizing the holder of the licence to possess, purchase, sell, trade or barter wildlife.
