Abstract

Within the framework of the Federal Land Use Planning Act of 18 August 1997 (BGBl. I p. 2081, 2102), the present Law regulates land use planning in Sachsen-Anhalt. Article 1 establishes that the whole land of Saxony shall be subject to a sustainable land use planning policy. The text consists of 21 articles divided into 6 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Land use plans (2); Securing land use planning (3); Organization of regional and local planning (4); Space observation (5); Transitional and final provisions (6).
