I p. 2986), the present Law regulates land use planning in the Saarland. The whole Saarland shall be subject to a sustainable planning policy. The text, consisting of 14 articles, deals with the following aspects: tasks of land use planning, land use planning authorities, land development plan, drawing up of the land development plan; environmental assessment, conservation of plan; special proceedings ; safeguard and implementation of land use plan, compensation and transitional and final provisions.
