Abstract

The present Regulation enacts the Mining Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to royalties on diamonds. The text – consisting of 24 sections, deals, inter alia, with the following aspects: output of a diamond mine, change of ownership, royalty returns, payments of royalty, records, administration, penalties and appeal.
