Abstract

The present Notice enacts the Fisheries Act. In particular, section 2 of the Notice establishes that roe herring caught along the coast of British Columbia and from which roe has been extracted is hereby excepted from the operation of section 29 of the Fisheries. Section 29 of the afore-mentioned Act rules that nets, weirs, etc. shall in no way obstruct the passage of fish. The text consists of 2 sections.
