Abstract

These Regulations implement provisions of the River Rafting Act and require a licence for the use of a river raft for use on rivers specified in the Fourth Schedule to these Regulations. The licence shall be granted by the River Rafting Authority. A raft shall be under the control of a raftsman licensed under these Regulations. The Regulations also regulate the vending of food on river banks and establishes an Appeals Tribunal.
