Vessel traffic operational management and navigation safety control at the Freeport is provided by the Harbour Master in accordance with the Maritime Administration and Marine Safety Law, the Law on Ports and provisions of the navigation safety laws and regulations. The rules are mandatory for all legal and natural persons operating or staying at the Freeport, and their implementation is supervised by the Authority.
