Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Directive 2000/76/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 4 December 2000 on the incineration of waste. In particular, the Ordinance deals with the discharge of waste water resulting from such incineration. The text consists of 10 articles as follows: Purpose (1); Sphere of application (2); Calculation (3); Additional parameters (4); Public participation (5); Measurement requirements (6); Yearly report (7); Existing discharge (8); Penalties (9); Final provisions (10).
