Abstract

The present Ordinance enforces the Federal Nature Protection Act of 25 March 2002. In particular, Ordinance lays down provisions relating to damage inflicted on fisheries by cormorants. Article 1 establishes that cormorants may be killed, if they present a serious danger to fisheries. The text consists of 5 articles.
