Entry into force notes
The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 September 1995.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements, inter alia, the Federal Wine Act in its version of 8 July 1994. In particular the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the efficient enforcement of the afore-mentioned Act. The Ordinance specifies, modifies and enlarges in details certain aspects of the said Act. The Ordinance deals with issues such as quality wine, labelling marketing, cases of violations, etc. The text consists of 19 articles.
