The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 September 1983.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Baden-Württemberg Fishery Law of 14 November 1979. Article 1 lists close seasons and minimum size for certain kinds of fish; article 2 deals with dates for fishing seasons; article 3 lays down provisions on fishing gears and methods; and article 4 and 5 concern respectively penalties and entry into force.
