Abstract

These regulations provide for replacement of coastal permits for existing marine farms in inappropriate area for existing aquaculture activities (Part 2). Part 3 and 4 concern respectively replacement of coastal permits of existing marine farms with no change in consented species, replacement of coastal permits of existing marine farms with changes to consented species, surface and subsurface structure.
