Abstract This Resolution consists of 8 Sections divided into 48 articles. Terms and definitions are given in Section I. Section II deals with the competences and duties of the Consultation Council for Seeds, Growing Seeds, Fertilizers and Layers. Measures adopted for seeds, growing seeds and layers produced domestically are defined in Section III. Section IV provides for registration steps. Sections V-VII regulate the following matters: circulation of seeds; growing seeds; fertilizers; and the establishment of nurseries. Technical control and inspection are provided for in Section VIII.
