Abstract

The aims of this Regulation are to value the Environmental Impact Assessment for projects and installations, to define the procedures for the obtainment of environmental licences and also specifies the obligations of the licencees. The Regulation is composed of 13 articles and 3 Annexes. Article 1 deals with terms and definitions. Articles 2 to 5 provide for steps for the obtainment of Environmental Licences.
