Abstract This Resolution creates the Reflection Committee on the Decentralized Governance Model (CREMOD). It establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned Committee, entitled to perform the following activities: a) reflect on the Decentralized Governance Model, considering constitutional, political, administrative, social and financial factors; b) carry out an assessment of the process of implementing decentralization in the country; c) analyze territorial coexistence and functional articulation between central and provincial governance bodies, local authority bodies and district decentralized governance bodies, etc. CREMOD is a working group that carries out its activities throughout the national territory and includes representatives of the Government, political parties, civil society organizations, academics and religious entities.
