This Resolution enters into force on the day of its publication.
Abstract

This Resolution, consisting of 3 Chapters and one Annex, defines local environmental impact any change in the physical, chemical and biological properties of the environment, caused by any form of matter or resulting from human activities that directly or indirectly affect the health, safety and well being of people, socio-economic activities, the biota and health conditions of the environment within the municipal delimitations. The types activities subject to local environmental impact in the State of Pará, referred to in Annex One, covers the activities or enterprises according to the size, the polluter / degrading potential and the nature of the activity;
