Abstract

This Order amends the Renewables Obligation Order 2009 by, among other things: modifying definitions; setting out additional circumstances in which Renewables Obligation Certificates (ROCs) are to be issued in respect of a proportion only of the electricity generated by a station; setting out how the RO eligible renewable output of a generating station is to be calculated; defining information to be provided where electricity is generated from biomass.
